Zoom
The zoom function at the bottom of the window allows you to switch between a 25 base view and a 50 base view of the electropherogram by clicking the button. While the 25 base view offers you great detail, the 50 base view is very useful for an overview of up to 4 sequences at a glance.
A custom zoom level is available through a right mouse click on the button. A pop up window appears with a slider by which you can zoom to your desired level.
