Typing Result Sample Overview
Typing Result Sample overview
The sample overview contains 6 tabs: Allele assignment, Resolving strategies and GSSPs, Authorizations, NMDP typings, P-groups and G-Groups.
You can choose the samples you wish to report by right clicking on the relevant samples
The allele assignment tab lists your analysed samples (first column). Allele assignments on the CWD list are displayed in green. Those not on the CWD list are shown in blue. If no CWD information is available, assignments are shown in yellow.
At the top right of this tab you can select which data is shown in the overview. When selecting the optimal CWD score, assignments with the best possible CWD score are shown in the top panel. Other assignments will be moved to the second panel. If the follow-up box is checked, the second best CWD score will be added to the selection. Check box 'All' to show all assignments in one overview.
The allele ambiguities can be filtered as follows:
"None": If this box is checked, only assignments with no ambiguities are shown
"On CWD": If this box is checked, only ambiguities that are on the CWD list are shown
"All": All assignments are shown
Resolving strategies and GSSPs
The resolving strategies and GSSPs tab shows on the left the advised resolving strategies to resolve any remaining ambiguities. If additional exons need to be sequenced or GSSPs need to be used, this will be shown here.
The information on the right hand side shows the applied resolving strategies, the exons sequenced per sample per allele and the GSSPs which have been used.
Shows an overview of all authorizations of the assignments per sample per allele. In this tab it is also possible to include which CWD file was used for an assignment, the date of authorization, which allele frequency file was used and which IMGT database was used per sample and per allele. All final reviewers are marked in green; all other reviewers in blue.
All NMDP typings are shown here per sample. This list is also searchable by using Ctrl + F. The top part gives an overview by sample name, the bottom part lists by NMDP typing.
P- and G groups
All P- and G- groups are listed by sample and locus in separate tabs. Those that are on the CWD list are shown in green; those that are not in blue. If no CWD list is available they show up in yellow.
The complete sample overview is exportable at the bottom right of every tab. The report can be exported directly as PDF, Excel, or CSV file using the relevant button.
