Read Counts
Clicking on the blue, underlined numbers in the overview screen: 
will present information on the read counts:
This table indicates the numbers and percentages of reads that could be assigned to each of the separate loci.
Also indicated are the number of reads that could not be uniquely assigned to any of the loci (in the row without locus name) and the reads that could possibly be assigned to two or three different loci (in the rows with two or three locus names). All these reads are excluded from further analysis.
