Analyze data
When data are imported, they can be analyzed by:
- Clicking on 'Analyze' in the side bar
- Clicking on the 'Analyze' button behind the sample name
- Right click on a sample > Analyze
NGSengine will then determine the loci present in the data (unless you manually selected one or more loci), set the reference, align the reads, phase the heterozygous positions, and determine the typing.
