 <Gene>: describes the locus that was analyzed.

<Version>: Contains the version of the IMGT that was used for the analysis. 

<Length>: the length of the locus.

<Regions>: describes the begin/end of the different regions for the locus.

<PriorityRegions>: describes the regions on the locus that are determining for the typing result, when analyzing with amplicon as your setting this would contain all the exons+splice sites, when analyzing with core+ this would contain exon 2 and exon 3 + their splice sites.
