With the click of one button, NGSengine performs locus assignment, read alignment, read phasing, and genotyping. The typing results are presented in a way that is clear, comprehensible, and highly intuitive. Results are displayed in the main overview, where you can also see important quality parameters and approval status of a sample.
NGSengine provides many options to review data quality, giving you the confidence to be an analysis expert. Color-coded thresholds provide quick and easy overviews of low, intermediate, and high quality data. Clear plots present detailed quality values in such a way that they are easy to interpret.
* Disk space is for installation only. The sequencing data can take up several GBs.
To be able to run the software your computer needs to be updated to Microsoft .NET framework 4.8. This is a regular Windows component that will already be present on your computer if you run the regular windows updates. Should installation of NGSengine® be aborted, please first install the Microsoft .NET framework 4.8. If you do not have it installed, you can download it here.
