Description

SBTexcellerator consists of a range of optimized reagents for Sanger sequencing-based typing (SBT). The product line includes HLA Class I and HLA Class II typing kits, which are fully compatible with our powerful SBTengine analysis software. SBTexcellerator kits are available for HLA-A, -B, -C, -DRB1, -DRB3/4/5, -DQB1, -DQA1, -DPB1, -DPA1 and -G loci. Available as RUO.

Specifications

Excellent exon coverage results in a reduced amount of ambiguities. Allele ambiguities can be resolved by sequencing additional exon regions, and genotype ambiguities can be resolved with Group-Specific Sequencing Primers (GSSPs).

SBTexcellerator kits are available in three variants:

  • Core Kit: amplification primers and sequencing primers for sequencing of the most essential exons.
  • Extended Kit: sequencing primers for additional exons and multiple GSSPs to resolve genotypic and allelic ambiguities.
  • Full Kit: Core Kit & Extended Kit.
