Description
The NGSgo library preparation is renowned for its ease-of-use and efficiency. It features an intelligent design that minimizes the amount of cleanups and quantifications, while offering the highest possible quality.
The NGSgo Library Full Kit can be used for library preparation of amplicons generated with the NGSgo amplification solutions (e.g. NGSgo-ProntoAmp, NGSgo-MX11-3, NGSgo-MX6-1, NGSgo-AmpX).
The Kit includes NGSgo-LibrX, NGSgo-IndX plate, and GenDx-AMPure XP. It can be used for manual pipetting, and is also suitable for use on a liquid handler as it contains sufficient volume for the liquid handler (validated on Beckman Coulter Biomek 4000, with re-use of leftover beads). The kit is compatible with Illumina platforms and available as RUO and CE-IVD (IVDR).
