  • Theoretical knowledge of HLA typing with NGS.
  • Hands-on training of multiplexed NGS HLA typing: One-Day-Workflow.
  • Training on data analysis with NGSengine® : from basics to case studies.
  • Bring your own genomic DNA samples for typing (anonymized samples and data only).
