Performance of a contract
When a subject purchases a product from GenDx, GenDx has a legitimate basis for personal data processing in order to deliver purchased products, either by mail (physical product) or by email (software), and to keep the subject informed about their ordering status or important information regarding their shipment or their product. A data subject can reasonably expect at the time and in the context of the collection of the personal data that processing for this purpose may take place. GenDx is allowed to process personal data of suppliers/partners with whom GenDx does business or has done business in the past. These data are stored in order to keep track of which companies GenDx has done business with, and to have their contact details available in case of future business.

How we use payment Information collected by consent
