To strengthen our Finance team, we offer a challenging position for a proactive and solution-oriented Accountant, with a sound knowledge of accounting principles.

GenDx is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Business Development Manager to strategize, direct, and supervise all necessary actions to conduct both new and existing business in the designated North American territory. This role involves designing strategies to expand the customer base, establishing and exceeding revenue targets, motivating the sales team, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy and Business Development.
  • Customer Interaction and Market Analysis.
  • Team Management.
  • Representation and Knowledge Updating.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Life Science or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the NA Molecular Dx Market, specifically HLA.
  • Excellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize and organize tasks proactively.
  • Ability to build, guide, and lead a team.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Willing to travel for work around 50% of the time.
  • Must currently reside in the Northeast, Southeast, or Midwest US.
