XML format
The sample and analysis information is exported after allele assignment approval into a document in the XML format. This document is a text file that has the information stored in a tagged structure. Other software programs, ranging from web browsers to database management systems, can interpret the information in this file. Hereby, the information in the XML document can be imported in other software programs to accommodate the subsequent processing of allele assignment information as you desire.
