Resizable Panels

For your ease of use we have made the panels in the Sample Management and Sequence Overview windows resizable. This way you can adapt the fit of the individual panels to your monitor just the way you like it. This is particularly usefull with the newly implemented "near-matching genotypes" in the crucial positions list of the Sequence Overview window.
