Modifications

Any modification made in the basecalling by editting the electropherogram manually is saved and can be monitored by clicking "Modifications". 



The following information of the modification is depicted:
  • "Pos" is the position of the modification in the sequence.
  • "Type" indicates that you are currently looking at the modifications and not at the inconsistencies or crucial positions. 
  • "Ex" indicates in which exon number the modification is located
  • "Sq" indicates in which sequence file the modification was made. E.g. Sq 2 indicates that the modification was made in the second sequence from the top shown in the electropherogram.
