<AnalysisSettings>

The <analysisSettings> tags contains information on the setting used for the locus on analysis. 

The <AmpliconMethod> tag contains the used amplicon method (for instance NGSgo AmpX). 

The <AnalysisRegion> tag contains the region used for analysis (for instance Amplicon or Core+).

The <IgnoreRegions> tag contains the ignore regions used for analysis.

The <PhasingMethod> tag contains the setting used for the phaser, Classic or Cluster.

The <ReadTrimmer> tag indicates if read trimming is applied and with what settings. 

The <ApplyCWDList> tag indicates if the CWD list was applied.
