Amplification Strategies
Amplification Strategies:
NGSgo®-ProntoAmp
Principle:
NGSgo-ProntoAmp consists of reagents that enable the multiplexed amplification of the following Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA) genes:
1 except for part of intron 1
2 HLA-DRB1*04 is added separately to support strong amplification if this allele is present. Coverage of the locus remains whole gene upon pooling of mixes.
Coverage:
NGSgo®-TurboAmp
Principle: NGS-Turbo consists of reagents to amplify Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA) genes, and reagents for library preparation and sequencing on Oxford Nanopore Technologies sequencing devices. NGS-Turbo is designed for processing one DNA sample at a time. The reagents enable the multiplexed amplification of the following HLA genes:
1 except for part of intron 1
2 HLA-DRB1*04 is added separately to compensate for potential imbalanced amplifications if this allele is present. Coverage of the locus remains whole gene upon pooling of mixes.
Coverage:
NGSgo®-MX11-3
Principle: NGSgo-MX11-3 consists of PCR amplification reagents to amplify Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA) genes. The reagents enable the multiplexed amplification of the following HLA genes:
Coverage:
NGSgo®-MX6-1
Principle: NGSgo-MX6-1 consists of PCR amplification reagents to amplify Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA) genes. The reagents enable the multiplexed amplification of the following HLA genes: HLA-A (whole gene), HLA-B (whole gene), HLA-C (whole gene), HLA-DRB1 (exon 2 to exon 3), HLA-DQB1 (exon 2 to part of exon 4), and HLA-DPB1 (exon 2 to exon 5).
Coverage:
NGSgo®-AmpX v2/AmpX v3
Principle: NGSgo-AmpX v2 is a qualitative in vitro diagnostic kit, intended for the amplification of the following genes in human genomic DNA specimens:
• HLA Class I: HLA-A, HLA-B, HLA-C
• HLA Class II: HLA-DRB1, HLA-DRB3, HLA-DRB4, HLA-DRB5, HLA DQA1, HLA DQB1, HLA-DPA1, HLA-DPB1
