qPCR Machine:

Here you can define the default qPCR analysis platform by selecting the appropriate qPCR machine from the drop down menu. 


Software Version:

Here you can define the default qPCR software version by selecting one of the software versions from the drop down menu.


Based on the selected qPCR machine and software version, KMRengine will generate the appropriate sample setup .txt file for the machine and KMRengine will be able to analyze the results exported from that specific machine.
