Genotyping is performed with a qPCR machine using the KMRtype Mix, KMRassay qPCR Buffer, Enzyme, Reference Assay and a purified sample DNA.

Using KMRengine® software, informative markers are identified for each sample. 

Mixture analysis monitoring is performed with a qPCR machine using the informative KMRtrack markers, KMRassay qPCR Buffer, Enzyme and Reference Assay and sample DNA.

Using KMRengine® software, the proportion of the sample of interest in the mixture is calculated.
