We’re excited to share that NGS-Pronto is now available! Designed for Oxford Nanopore Technologies sequencing devices, NGS-Pronto offers multiplex amplification of 11 loci and library preparation reagents, complete with 96 barcodes, providing a fast, easy and efficient workflow.
Workflow made simple
NGSgo-ProntoAmp offers amplification of 11 HLA loci using a whole-gene approach, resulting in at least a 3-field resolution.
NGS-ProntoPrep offers a complete barcoded library preparation for sequencing on Oxford Nanopore Technologies sequencing devices. The library preparation only takes 1.5-2 hours and is suitable for 4 to 96 samples. Since there is no fragmentation, long intact amplicons are generated, enabling full phasing.
