Teaching Session (on-site training)

This year, we will have two sessions. The morning session will focus on high sensitivity in Chimerism monitoring and on the available solutions offered by GenDx. During the afternoon session, we will deep dive into our new sequencing technologies for HLA typing: NGS-Turbo; we will explain how the workflow works and demonstrate the sequencing and data analysis live during the session. Milena Vraná from IHBT Praha will give insights into her experience an NGS-Turbo user.
